FAQ
Questions, answered.
What kinds of contracts can I generate?
Shoot-day agreements, image licensing, wedding coverage, commercial/branded work, and video production contracts. Each one is built from clauses used on real jobs, not a template mill.
Are these contracts legally binding?
Yes — a signed agreement between two parties is a contract. That said, Frame & Clause is a drafting tool, not a law firm. For high-value or unusual work, have a lawyer in your jurisdiction review your contract before you rely on it.
Can I edit the contracts after they're generated?
Yes. Every contract is generated as plain text you can download, copy, and edit in any word processor. You can also regenerate as many times as you need — Pro is unlimited.
Do you store my contracts?
Contracts you save are stored to your account so you can re-download them later. They're only visible to you. You can delete them from your dashboard.
How does billing work?
Frame & Clause Pro is $20/month, billed monthly. You can cancel from your account page at any time — you'll keep access until the end of the billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
If something goes wrong or the product isn't what you expected, email us within 7 days of your first charge and we'll refund it.
Can I use these contracts for clients outside the US?
The contracts are drafted in plain English and work in most common-law jurisdictions, but specific consumer-protection, tax, and IP rules vary by country. When in doubt, get a local review.
